What is trixi?

trixi is a mobile application designed for freelancers to receive payments from their clients for (remote) services provided.

Who can apply?

Anyone over the age of 18 with a valid ID who works as a freelancer providing services to third parties. Or businesses selling goods or services. Account approval is subject to our compliance and AML policies.

I am a freelancer. How do I receive payments?

As a first step you register at trixi and activate your account. Once your trixi application is activated you are able to send payment requests by simply entering the amount, currency and service provided and sending.

How can my clients pay me?

Your client can pay either via credit/ debit card or bank transfer in multi-currency

In what currencies can I bill my clients?

AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, NOK, NZD, PLN, SEK, SGD, TRY, USD, YEN and ZAR.

What currencies can I send out?

You can make outgoing payments in 134 currencies.

Does trixi provide a debit card?

Yes, through the trixi application you are able to request a Visa or Mastercard debit card which can be topped up from your trixi balance.

How do I become a verified user?

Within the trixi application you are able to do a video verification by a PSD2 identity verification provider. We use Idenfy for ID verification and your account will be verified in seconds!
